- 7 days Replacement on all the products except those in exempted categories.
- Products are eligible for free replacement, within 7 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective, or different item delivered to you.
- Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.
- We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement.
- The product should be in unused, undamaged, and original condition without any scratches or dents.
- In case for some reason your order can not be serviced, we will refund you the payment within 7 days.
- In case you need to cancel the order, please email support@nasindia.co & sales@nasindia.co of your intent to cancel the order with order reference no. If the goods have not been shipped, we will refund you the payment within 7 days. If the goods have been shipped then your order will be governed by the returns policy.
- If you need to exchange a product, we will dispatch the replacement after receiving the original product.
